Our little Kalani is all grown up. He is officially potty trained!! Just in time, his 3 year old birthday is next month. I started potty training him the beginning of the month so now he is a pro at the potty. The first few days were exhausting and frustrating for me. What a relief it is to be where he is today.

The first few days Kalani was going on the potty every 15 minutes with accidents here and there. He would wet his bed during naps and at night. I had no idea what to do!! He also had a fear of having a bowl movement on the potty. He would hold it until he would just explode in his pants. How frustrated was I!!

By the 5Th day he was starting to understand the feeling of when he needed to pee or poo. His bladder control gradually went from 15 minutes to 30 min. to 1 hour to 1 1/2 and so on. It took about 8 days to get to where he is now. He is doing so good now. He tells me when he needs to go pee, pee or poo, poo. He stays dry all night. He would get me up around 2 or 3am and say he needs to go pee, pee, then he would go back to sleep until the morning. Couple of nights he would stay dry all night without having to wake up and go potty. We recently put a night light in the bathroom so now he wakes up and goes to the potty all by himself. Thank you Kalani for not getting me up! He's gotten over his fear of having a bowl movement on the potty. He stays dry all day and night. He has no more accidents! We are so proud of him!

Sugar N Spice

Sugar and spice, and everything nice,

That's what little girls are made of.

We are so excited we are going to have a sweet baby girl! We are filled with joy to have a girl to sweeten our boys and soften our daddy! The most excited one is me, I finally get to have dresses, hair bows, flowers and everything girly around our everything boy house. We can’t wait to meet our little princess in May.

It's kind of hard to tell in this pic but we are looking up, seeing her two legs spread apart to see that she's a girl!

Just our Luck

Friday I had my ultra-sound and of-course the machine broke! The sonographer wasn't able to finish the ultra-sound. She only got one shot of the gender. She told us what it was but she really wanted to get more shots of the gender before she thinks it's 100% sure. So I don't want to post until I know for sure. They called me today and said the machine was still broken and if I wanted to wait until Thursday. I said no I want it as soon as possible. So they scheduled me to do my ultra-sound at the hospital on Monday. So until then, here's some pics of my growing belly.

Growing Belly

So far the first trimester was the worst one I've had. I was so sick. I was nauseated 24/7, throwing up, all that good stuff. I was never sick with my other pregnancies just the occasional vomiting if I didn't eat in time. So I'm glad to say my sickness only lasted until I was about 15 weeks along. Now I'm back to my normal self just tired and starting to get bigger. I can feel the baby moving around. Aiden is so cute, the other night he sang twinkle, twinkle little star to my belly. He is so excited for our new baby to arrive. He can't wait. He tells his little brother Kalani that he has to be nice to the baby when the baby comes. He can't wait to take care of the new baby. For Christmas we gave Jesus a gift, Aiden's gift to Jesus was to take care of his new baby brother or sister when he or she comes. I'm going to hold him to it! Aiden tries to feel the baby kick but the time the baby is awake is when Aiden is sleeping. But in time he will be able to feel the baby. The baby is very active at night. I can feel him moving a lot. We are all excited to add another sweet spirit into our family.

Tomorrow I have my ultra-sound! I'm excited to know what the sex is! I will post as soon as I know.

Vegas

We spent New Year's with the Wolsey's in Las Vegas again. It was great fun! It was nice to get out of the freezing cold here in Provo. It was beautiful weather there, cold but not freezing.

We watched the water show at the Balagio. The kids enjoyed it.

We went to the stripe new years night. There was trash everywhere from the night before. Just don't look down!

Yummy Toa Dai!

The Wolsey's Christmas present the kids rode around!
