2 months

Today was her 2 month appt.

Inches: 22 50%
Weight: 11 lbs 2 oz 50%
Doctor said she's healthy! She's such a good baby. She nurses good, she sleeps through the night (which is really good for a baby who's on nursing alone), she smiles and cues, she loves her bath time, she can stand her brothers, and that says a whole lot! She's just one happy healthy baby girl! We love her so much!

I really don't want shots MoMMy!
I love my brother!

Here she is...

Here she is Tutu, Papa, grandma and grandpa..... She's getting bigger everyday. She is now 2 months old. She sleeps through the night she goes to sleep around 8 or 9 and doesn't wake up until 4 or 5 am. Last night she went to bed at 9pm and didn't wake up until 6am! That's 9 hours!
She smiles all the time. The boys love her especially Aiden. He's so good with her. He always wants to hold her. He's my big helper, he holds her when I make dinner, he gets me her burp cloth, diapers etc.. Kalani loves her too in his own special way of pinching and kissing too hard. He helps too by throwing me the burp cloth or diaper. He's getting use to not being the center of attention he once was. He still wynes though for attention. We are enjoying her especially me. I love dressing her up just to stay home!

The kids are loving it here in Oregon. They don't miss Utah at all which surprised me. I thought for sure they would ask to go to tutu's or grandma's house but they haven't yet. Knock on wood. I think I'm the only one a little home sick. But I'm getting use to staying home for Sunday dinners and cooking everyday. I'm just glad we are a family again. I can tell the kids feel secure now that they have their mommy and daddy with them and we are settled in our home.

On Saturday we had a family adventure at the coast. When we first got there it was cold, windy, and no trace of sunlight. I'm use to Hawaiian beaches so I was not prepared for this kind of beach. When we got out there I was ready to leave already. I'm a wimp when it comes to being cold. Plus I was worried about Ahu being cold. Brady kept trying to convince me and the kids that it was warm. I was in my jeans and a sweater and I was still cold.
The sun didn't burn off the fog until around 2pm. But it was still windy and cold when the sun finally came out. It felt a little better with the sun out. To Brady's surprise we stayed out there for about 4 hours. Aiden played in the water and sand while Kalani and baby took a nap on the beach. Next time we will know what to expect and dress for winter when we go out to the beach.

ahu's blessing

Brady was able to fly out to Utah that 4th of July weekend to bless baby Ahu. He blessed her on Sunday July 4th. It was a beautiful blessing. Right after, Brady drove our Uhaul to Oregon with his dad. We left 2 days later. We said our goodbye's to our families. It's so hard to say goodbye. Then my parents, me and the kids drove 12 hours to Oregon. Wow what a drive, I'm surprised we made it!

The 4th of July

The 4th of July was spent with our families for the last time in awhile. The kids got to play with their cousins.
