This pass Saturday I ran in the Bridal Veil Falls 10K Run. It was a beautiful run up the Provo Canyon. Brady and the boys waited by the finish line. Aiden and Kalani greeted me with a flower, it was so cute!

That is awesome!!! how many miles is a 10k??? I can't wait to start working out again. tomorrow I go in for my 6 wk so we'll see what he says
