What we've been up to

Aiden earned his new belt in Karate. He is now an orange belt. He enjoys karate most of the time. He's shy so when he has to get up and do his bunches and kicks in front of everyone he looks at me with a scared look while moving his tongue to the side of his cheek. It is the funniest thing. But he is doing a lot better at gaining his confidence. He's also in the Orem soccer league. He is getting better at being aggressive. His brother Kalani is the total opposite of Aiden. He's not shy, he says "Hey guys," to everyone even if it's just one person. He is very aggressive, he likes to get older boys attention so he can wrestle with them. I'm scared for the older boys playing with Kalani because he has some sharp nails that I haven't cut because he won't let me. I'll have to take a picture of Aiden's back to show how sharp his nails really are. Poor Aiden gets beat up by his younger brother but I always new this was going to happen because when Kalani was a baby Aiden would pick on him and I would tell him, wait until he's older he's going to pick on you and I'm not going to do anything about it. Well the day has come. I'm officially a referee!

Cousin Taeber came to watch Aiden get his new belt. After we asked him if he wanted to do karate and he said no. He was kind of bored but we went to get ice cream after so hopefully that made up for it.

We got Aiden a new bike he desperately needed. He was riding the bike Kalani is now riding, as you can see it is way too small for Aiden. So we got him a new bike and Kalani got his old bike. Now they can both go bike riding together. Now I need a bike to catch up with them.
